Participation Agreement & Consent
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms of participation in the Omo Apothecary × Art Hampton evolving showcase:
- Showcase Participation. If selected, your work will be featured for a three-month period. After that time, the work may evolve into a new showing or be succeeded by a new artist.
- Artwork Delivery & Return. You are responsible for delivering your artwork at the arranged time and collecting it at the end of your showcase period. Work not collected within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or deemed abandoned.
- Sales & Commission — 50/50 Split. If your artwork is sold during the showcase, the proceeds shall be divided equally: 50% to the artist and 50% to Omo Apothecary × Art Hampton. You confirm you hold clear title to the work and the right to sell it.
- Display & Promotion. You grant Omo Apothecary × Art Hampton permission to display, photograph, and reproduce images of your artwork for showcase, archival, and promotional purposes.
- Care & Liability. Omo Apothecary × Art Hampton will take reasonable care of your artwork while on the premises but is not liable for loss or damage beyond its control. You are encouraged to insure your work.
- Accuracy. You confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
